Run around in a Romper

The onesie is back and trendier then ever. No not the pajama onesie with attached feet, those are still only acceptable if you are under the age of 5. I am talking about the romper, a shorts and top onesie that is an easy outfit for going out on the town or even heading to the pool. So let those legs finally see the sun and try a romper for some style.

1. If you are new to the all-in-one look, black is always a safe bet. I know, I know, this season it is all about bright colors, but lets not forget, black is our friend, and this lucky strike romper is anything but plain. I love the overlayed pleats at the bust, and the shorts have an elastic band for a more flattering look. Since this romper is strapless, try a bold statement necklace at night to jazz it up and make it more dressy. For the daytime, throw on some bangles and flat sandals. Get yours at www.lulus.com for $43.50.

2. If you are unsure about the romper, and don't feel completely set on the idea of wearing a one piece, try this stripe tie dye cover up by Juicy Couture to get you in the romper mood. I would stick to wearing this one to the beach or the pool. Juicy's signature terry cloth fabric makes the perfect swim suit cover up since it is the same material as your towel! Available in Palm Branch (green) or Raven (black) for $148 from www.revolveclothing.com.

3.One of my favorite looks for summer time is the classic, nautical. It never goes out of style and always looks clean and chic. To update your "by the sea" look, try this navy and white halter romper by ADAM. The beauty of this look is that it appears to be shorts and a top, but in reality it is one easy piece. Find this romper on www.shopbop.com for $295.
